What we do?

With our clients we identify their training needs and set specific agendas to ensure effective course delivery in a prepared framework with appropriate assessment methods to ensure that staff attain the correct learning outcomes and address the course aims and objectives. Where possible we set SMART objectives to ensure we have very clear training objectives and we review our training outcomes with our clients at appropriate steps during the training cycle.

How we do it?

For any training requirement the following broad tasks are undertaken:

  • Analysis
  • Design
  • Delivery
  • Evaluation

  • We also take into account learners preferred learning styles and encourage evaluation to be undertaken by the client to assess how learning has altered the behaviour of their staff.
